The Relief Charity Housing Project seeks to provide support and advice to charities which have land assets and are looking at ways to maximise the income they derive from it, whether through housing development, community use, land swap or Community Land Trusts (CLTs).
Affordable Housing continues to be one of the key issues in modern Britain and this project seeks to identify solutions which benefit charities which have suitable land assets, and the communities they seek to support.
If you are a charity with land assets we can help in a number of ways:
In addition we offer a wide range of support to Poor’s Land and Fuel Relief Charities through the Relief Charity Project, funded by the Tudor Trust, which aims to help charities become more effective.
If you have land that you want to develop or just want to discuss alternate ways to use the land you have please contact us.
This work was funded originally by Esmee Fairbairn and continues to be supported by the Tudor Trust.
