Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and COVID-19 – can we postpone?

The short answer is, yes, you can postpone your AGM in the present circumstances. The government and Charity Commission recognise this and offer precise advice on how to go about postponing or cancelling AGMs and other critical meetings.

Will Aid - Professional Will writing services available throughout November

Throughout November people can have a basic Will written by a participating solicitor, who will waive their Will writing fee, whilst inviting clients to make a voluntary donation to Will Aid for the service.

Lakenham and Tuckswood Energise Events (Norwich)

Lakenham and Tuckswood Energise are holding a series of events for residents of the Lakenham and Tuckswood area.  

Lakenham and Tuckswood Energise Project is a project funded by Comic Relief and Sport England delivered by Community Action Norfolk on behalf of Active Norfolk.

Thornage Hall Garden Fete

Thornage Hall will be holding a Garden Fete on Sat 4th September from11.30am – 4pm at Thornage, Holt.  There will be a variety of entertainments including:

  • Cooking demonstrations
  • Live music
  • Farm and garden walks
  • Dog show
  • Arts and crafts
  • Bio-dynamic vegetables
  • BBQ

Following the success of Community Action Norfolk’s ‘Stronger Together’ conference last year, the theme continues, building on the recognised strength and vitality of Norfolk’s voluntary, community and social enterprise sector.
