Norfolk charity offers energy bills advice for consumers

Community Action Norfolk (CAN) advised many hundreds of consumers on how to save on their electricity, gas and heating oil bills during the last energy crisis. And as householders switch the heating on over the coming months, concern turns again to uncertain increases in the costs.

From winter 2024/2025, households in England and Wales will no longer be entitled to the Winter Fuel Payment unless they receive Pension Credit or certain other means-tested benefits.
