The WorkWell Team Lead oversees our delivery of WorkWell across King's Lynn and West Norfolk. The role focuses on supporting and supervising Health and Work Coaches, coordinating referrals and caseloads, and ensuring participants receive safe, consistent and effective support.

We are looking for two Health and Work coaches to join our WorkWell team, delivering the WorkWell Norfolk programme across King's Lynn and West Norfolk. The role focuses on supporting people whose conditions or disabilities are affecting their ability to stay in work, return after sickness absence, or move towards employment.
