Access to services in rural areas - local "hubs" can have higher costs associated - transport is poor - why should people have to travel for excessive distances? 

Housing supply

Bedroom (occupancy) tax means 1-2 bed properties in high demand. Therefore, limited supply for people who are homeless or moving out of supported housing. 

Supported housing capacity

Supported housing capacity reduced because beds are blocked as limited supply of 1-2 bed properties in community to move on to. 

Move-on accommodation for homeless

Lack of move-on accommodation for homeless residents.
