Because services are being reduced, the services that do remain end up picking up the higher need clients. No services for medium/low needs and services ill-equipped to work with all high needs clients.

Access to services in rural areas - local "hubs" can have higher costs associated - transport is poor - why should people have to travel for excessive distances? 

Social isolation

Social isolation for vulnerable people living in rural communities. Lack of transport and income to travel into community hubs to reduce isolation and seek help. 

Housing supply

Bedroom (occupancy) tax means 1-2 bed properties in high demand. Therefore, limited supply for people who are homeless or moving out of supported housing.
