Meet Ollie,

Say hello to Ollie Brice, our Rural Housing Enabler here at Community Action Norfolk. Ollie joined the team in September last year, bringing with him a unique mix of professional expertise and personal passion for supporting rural communities across Norfolk.

With a background in the conveyancing process as a Title Indemnity Underwriter and a lifelong connection to the county, Ollie understands just how important affordable housing is to keeping Norfolk’s villages vibrant and sustainable. Since starting in post, he’s already completed three Rural Housing Need Surveys, helping communities identify what homes are really needed, and turning that data into action.

But there’s more to Ollie than housing!

  • A self-confessed film buff, you’ll often find him at the cinema at least once a week.
  • He’s had a colourful career path too, including stints as a Personal Trainer and even a Ceremonial Sword Maker!
  • His music taste is impressively broad, ranging from heavy metal to classical - he’s even performed with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra! When he's not out visiting parishes or preparing housing reports, he’s likely competing on the international stage in Pokémon Trading Card Game tournaments.

Whether he's discussing planning policy or comparing favourite composers, Ollie brings energy, empathy, and a truly unique perspective to his role, making him a fantastic advocate for Norfolk’s rural communities.
