Meet Freedom,

Freedom Duma has recently become a Trustee at Community Action Norfolk. Freedom has more than ten years of experience in programme management, and programme design and improvement, within health and social care. He has led national and international projects. He is currently serving as the ICA (Integrated Care Academy) Programme Manager, and the Interim Integrated Digital Health Lead at the ICA 'Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board'. Freedom Duma is also a director at KT35 Project Management Services, where he leads on business strategy and planning.

• He recently retired from playing club rugby.
