WorkWell is a national early-intervention work and health programme, jointly led by the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department of Health and Social Care and expanded across England from 2026.
The WorkWell Team Lead oversees our delivery of WorkWell across King's Lynn and West Norfolk. You will monitor service quality and performance, support staff development and manage safeguarding and risk concerns through agreed procedures, while maintaining a smaller participant caseload. Working closely with clinical professionals, employers and local partners, you will strengthen referral pathways, help teams overcome barriers and improve how WorkWell supports people to stay in work, return after sickness absence or move towards employment.
Access to your own transport is essential.
