This role will be focussed on facilitating our Talking About Cancer Together Networks and developing project proposals and funding bids to expand this work to other areas of health, with the support of CAN’s Management Team.  

Alongside the TACT Project you will also support related networks and projects, both in terms of strategic representation and direct delivery.  

The role requires an amount of travel and access to your own car is an essential requirement.

This role will lead the delivery of the Proactive Intervention and Prevention Programme (PIPP) in Breckland and North Norfolk, overseeing the project team to support individuals at risk of falls remain independent. 

Alongside PIPP, you will also support the delivery of health and wellbeing connected activities, both in terms of strategic representation and direct delivery.
