Low wages - difficulty recruiting best staff

Challenges of working in partnership (while competing for reduced funding)

Not attractive to District Councils who prefer to support smaller groups/orgs despite identified need.

Constant bids for small pots of money - makes life difficult and time consuming

Too much red tape heavy admin burden

Just want to get on with service delivery without too much bureaucracy

Increased demand for services, reduced capacity

A lot of funders won't fund core costs
