Referrers Network - Connecting Services; Strengthening Communities.

The Referrers Network provides a welcoming space for organisations working across the voluntary, community, faith, social enterprise and public sectors to come together, share information and strengthen local support networks.

These meetings help organisations stay informed about local issues, connect with partners and identify opportunities for collaboration that benefit communities across the county.

Whether you provide frontline support, make referrals, commission services or work directly with residents, the network offers valuable opportunities to build relationships and share learning.

The Referrers Network aims to:

• Improve information sharing between organisations
• Build new partnerships and collaborative working opportunities
• Highlight gaps in local services and support
• Feed frontline intelligence into wider strategic discussions

By bringing together professionals and volunteers from a wide range of organisations, the network helps ensure local challenges are heard, understood and shared with wider partners, supporting more joined-up approaches across Norfolk.

Discussion Topics

Each meeting is shaped by the needs and priorities of those attending. Previous discussions have included:

• Mental health support and crisis provision
• Early intervention and family support
• Communication and referral pathways
• Language and cultural barriers
• Pressures facing voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations

Additional topics are welcomed and can be suggested by network members.

At its heart, the Referrers Network is about collaboration. It provides an opportunity for organisations to meet like-minded professionals, showcase their work, learn from others and identify opportunities to work together. By sharing knowledge and building connections, we can create stronger, more joined-up support for communities across Norfolk.
