Building on the findings from the 2022 and 2024 surveys, we want to understand where progress has been made, where challenges persist and where issues may have worsened. The data we collect will help them identify areas that require further action from banks, charities and regulators.
CFG are also looking to understand how ESG considerations (Environmental, Social, and Governance) influence charity banking decisions, to better inform their aims and priorities moving forward.
