Breckland Council launches "The Link"

The Link is your gateway to comprehensive support in the heart of Dereham.
Since its inception in late 2024, The Link has successfully assisted over 1,000 individuals referred by GPs and community health providers. To expand their reach, they now welcome self-referrals, making it easier for individuals to access the help they need.
Through the self referral form you can connect with partner agencies, including Breckland Council, Norfolk and Waveney Mind, Citizens Advice Norfolk, the Department for Work and Pensions, NHS Talking Therapies, the BOOST skills programme, and Nova Training.
"This collaborative approach ensures that you only need to tell your story once, allowing us to provide timely and coordinated support tailored to your needs."
