Rurality - access to services - transport - health - education 

Poverty/deprivation

How are people's real day-to-day problems being addressed... housing, employement, debt etc. "Loss of control". - migration. 

Transport - extremely limited service rurally

eg to Thetford with only 2 hour turnaround limiting getting to other centres

Rurality - harder for VCS to deliver

Eg. for this project, how can coverage be achieved

- difficulty for residents to access services (transport, health) leads to lack of equality of services
