The ever increasing bureaucracy with funding bids - too much time and resource, really challenging environment to operate in.

Referrals - clients being referred to us from other organisations who are receiving funding.

Losing PCT funding in 2007. This continued with CCGs for its term but no longer exists. Difficulty finding the correct person to re-apply too.
