Culture of gossip and blame

In some areas, a culture of gossip, criticism, blame, not constructive, not evidence based, very damaging

No apparent recognition of vol sector providers as equal partners

...or of value added, additional resources brought into Norfolk.

Too many groups trying to do the same things

Too many people/groups/orgs trying or doing the same things - overlap - need to pool resources and work together!

Lack of understanding from local and national government

and lack of willingness to accept the need for us

Inter-agency working

More networking, too much duplication or overlap when resources could be pooled, competition but trying to help the 'same' people

Lobbying - making the public/local and national government more aware of 'our' services...

..., money saved by 'us' doing it and the impact on community and other services if 'we're' not there
