People sometimes get a little nervous about switching energy providers – even with the prospect of making considerable savings on their electricity and gas bills. In King’s Lynn and across West Norfolk, the Borough Council in partnership with CAN offers a collective scheme which takes the worry out of choosing the right provider.
There are around 10,000 village and community halls across England. They’re key elements in local communities, providing a space for social events, fitness sessions, education and a host of other benefits. Around 450 such venues can be found across Norfolk, and at CAN we’re out there helping many of them with advice on funding, governance, project management and trustee training.
Monday 20th - Sunday 26th January 2020 is Village Halls Week - celebrating everything good about our community venues across the county and the country!
