A busy West Norfolk Charity has been shortlisted by ITV and the Big Lottery to be in with a chance of winning enough money to buy a small camper van and have kitted out to allow them to deliver support to unpaid family carers of all age.

West Norfolk CCG Appoints a New Governing Body Chair
Dr Paul Williams has been appointed as the new Chair of West Norfolk CCG’s Governing Body.
Dr Williams is the senior partner at Upwell Health Centre. He has been involved with West Norfolk CCG since before it became a statutory body, working as part of the transitional executive which led to the formation of the CCG.
With the colder weather and longer nights approaching, a big worry for many people who live in ‘off-gas’ areas and depend on heating oil is the cost, so Community Action Norfolk is encouraging consumers to buy early and save money.
CAN is working with Anglian Water’s Keep It Clear campaign to raise awareness with consumers and householders of the damage, cost and distress that blockages can cause – and how to prevent them happening.
Following the meeting of the County Council on 20 February 2017 Norfolk County Council’s has formally confirmed a cut for housing related support (Building Resilient Lives) from £10 million to £7.925m in 2017/18 and £4.5m in 2018/19.
