Funding: Barchester Healthcare Foundation - No Deadline

Grants of £100 - £5,000 are available to small groups that help adults with mental and physical disabilities and people aged over 65.

Resources: Children and Self-Harming

Safeguarding Children’s E-Academy has produced a free resource pack that aims to help raise awareness of the issues surrounding children and young people who are affected by self-harming and provides guidance on where to access support. 

Helping to reduce admissions to hospital in North and South Norfolk

North Norfolk CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) and South Norfolk CCG are developing a new Supported Care programme which will help to reduce avoidable hospital admissions.

Norfolk County Council agrees budget cut

Following the meeting of the County Council on 20 February 2017 Norfolk County Council’s has formally confirmed a cut for housing related support (Building Resilient Lives) from £10 million to £7.925m in 2017/18 and £4.5m in 2018/19.

In Good Company – Campaign to Tackle Loneliness in Norfolk

In Good Company is a campaign being run over the next 12 months by more than 20 voluntary and statutory organisations and service providers in Norfolk, with the aim of combatting loneliness among the county’s most vulnerable residents with the key message that no one should spend a lonely day in Norfolk if they don’t want to.
