In September 2018, Norfolk County Council Children’s Services launched a consultation on a new Early Childhood and Family Service. There were 1,576 responses to the consultation received, with 1,401 responses from residents and 175 from respondents affiliated with organisations.
IVAR (Institute for Voluntary Action Research) and CAST (Centre for the Acceleration of Social Technology) would like to hear how smaller voluntary organisations are using, or could use, technology to address the challenges they face in delivering their services.
Young people aged 16 – 24, and stakeholders are invited to comment on how a £90 million funding programme can be best used to tackle barriers to education, employment and training.
