Meet the residents at Redwings - a social event from CANConnect

Redwings, the UK’s largest horse rescue charity, is hosting a free social event at its sanctuary in Aylsham on Friday 17th January.

Volunteers are needed in North Norfolk!

Did you know that Volunteering can be local, flexible and fit around your life? 

CAN is working in partnership with Merchant’s Place Volunteer Hub on a 'Volunteer Boost Project' to increase the numbers of volunteers that get involved with local community projects in North Norfolk, particularly the CAN Connect Project and Good Neighbour Schemes. 

Celebrate the season with Norfolk Museums

There’s a whole lot of festive fun on offer in Norfolk Museums this Christmas. From seasonal songs and costumed characters, to Father Christmas and family trails, there’s something to interest visitors of all ages.

Resource: Family Support Fund for families with children under 5 years old

The Family Support fund is to provide financial support to families with children aged under 5 years that are in receipt of tier 2 or above family support from the Early Childhood & Family Service or other statutory or voluntary services.

Somebody else’s child. Everyone’s responsibility.

 

Whether you’re looking after somebody else’s child, your own child is living with another family, or you know of a child being cared for by someone who isn’t a relative, we need to be told. When we’re kept in the picture, we can offer advice, support and protection.
