Health and Wellbeing Board Annual Conference 2017 Presentations

The Health and Wellbeing Board held their Annual Conference on Weds 21st June 2017 and have made the presentations available,

Funding: Esmee Fairbairn Foundation’s Young People Leaving Care Grants - No deadline

Funding is available to charitable works that support young people leaving care and making a successful transition to independence.

Funding: Wooden Spoon Society Capital Grants - No deadline

Grants are available for projects supporting young people (under 25) who are disadvantaged, physically, mentally or socially.  

Funding: Post Office Community Branch Fund - No deadline

Grants are available for Post Offices, and outreach or satellite post office services, where no other suitable retailer is within half a mile. 

Funding: Growing a Greener Britain Small Grants Programme - No deadline

Grants of up to £1,000 are available to constituted community groups to transform green spaces.

LILY Needs You! - Organisations working in West Norfolk

The LILY Online Directory, www.asklily.org.uk brings together over 1600 services, activities and events – including information and advice on money matters, social activities, health, transport and more, making it easy for older people in West Norfolk and Swaffham  to find the contacts and information they need.

Funding: Armed Forces Covenant Fund Local Grants - No deadline

Grants of up to £20,000 are available for projects that respond to the local needs of the Armed Forces Community 

Summary of the Lord-Lieutenant’s Summit on Palliative Care

The Lord Lieutenant, Richard Jewson, welcomed over 70 people to the summit which took place as part of ‘Dying Matters – What can you do’.  

Funding: DSL Business Finance Responsible Loans - No deadline

DSL offer loans to small businesses and social enterprises, to establish or grow, that struggle to access from banks and other traditional funding sources.
