Norfolk’s Councils are working in partnership to offer central heating system grants and advice for those struggling to heat their homes. Fuel poor households with no central heating could be eligible for help with bills or the installation of first-time central heating. Private landlords can also benefit from the Norfolk Warm Homes Fund and get up to 75% off first-time central heating installations to help residents reduce their energy bills.
