Leading in Uncertainty

IVAR is running 90-minute drop-in peer support sessions for groups of 10 charity leaders every week, via zoom. Dates are available during September. Participants will have a safe space to share challenges, time to pause and reflect, and the opportunity to hear each other’s experiences of adapting to leading in prolonged uncertainty:

‘Meeting others from a different geographical area provides the opportunity to be frank about challenges faced and therefore allows open discussion which can identify strong solutions’.

There will also be clear pathways to influence funder practices through IVAR’s Open and trusting grant-making initiative. You can find out more and book your session here.
