Kate is our Talking About Cancer Together Project Officer and has recently joined our team.
Kate's role provides a range of cancer related information, resources and support to deliver engagement opportunities for the VCSE sector and local communities, with the aim to increase confidence in talking about cancer and awareness of the support available.
Some fun facts about Kate:
- She was a registered NHS midwife working in the hospital through the pandemic… She worked in radio and interviewed some cool 80s bands too!
- Kate loves live music and will go to multiple concerts and festivals throughout the year.
- She enjoys gaming, swimming in the sea and cocktails with her friends!
