We are looking for two Social Isolation Support Coordinators to join our team.

You will work with individuals and organisations to reduce social isolation and loneliness in the North Norfolk and Breckland District areas.

Working closely with community organisations and our Life Connectors you will work with clients to help identify the best support option available to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of volunteers able to help those who are isolated.

Our Social Isolation services operates under the branding of CAN Connect. Over the past two years CAN Connect has helped over 490 people with 93% seeing an improvement in their wellbeing. The service is evolving and expanding the areas it covers. At the same time loneliness and isolation is a significant and growing issue.

Salary is £23,662 per annum, 37.5 hours per week
