We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. 

This role will lead the delivery of the Proactive Intervention and Prevention Programme (PIPP) in Breckland and North Norfolk, overseeing a team comprising our Project and Engagement Officers and external Life Connectors to support individuals at risk of falls to remain independent.  You will shape, undertake, and monitor delivery, guide the project team, and ensure effective communication and reporting between partners. 

Alongside PIPP, you will also support the delivery of health and wellbeing connected activities, both in terms of strategic representation and direct delivery.   

The role requires an amount of travel and access to your own car is an essential requirement.  

  • Salary: £28,501 per annum.
  • Fulltime: 37 hours per week.
  • Contract: until 26th October 2027 (with possibility of extension).
