Content and Communications Officer

  • Hours: 15 hours per week
  • Location: Norwich
  • Salary:£8,873.20 per annum (pay review 1 April)

You will be responsible for the charity’s marketing and communication plan, including managing our social media channels and designing and creating engaging content and campaigns. You will be managing the charity’s website, including SEO, creating promotional assets, and assisting in the management of public relations and engagement with the media for the purpose of raising the charity’s profile.

Donor Relationship Officer

  • Hours: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (15 hours per week)
  • Location: Norwich
  • Salary: £8,873.20 per annum (pay review 1 April)

The Matthew Project are looking for a passionate team player to take care of valued donors and to grow the income gained from individual givers. You will assist the development and management of the donor database and be responsible for creating ways to thank those who donate. You will also be involved in organising and delivering publicity/fundraising campaigns and events.

Trusts and Grants Manager

  • Hours: 37 hours per week
  • Location: Norwich
  • Salary: £30,940 per annum (pay review 1 April)

You will research, identify, and respond to funding opportunities. You will be leading on all bids, including major statutory bids, with support from the Income Generation Manager. You will also be maintaining and updating the ‘Bid Decision Framework’ for the senior management team and trustees; creating robust budgets with finance; analysing results, monitoring, and quality checking report backs to funders; and building relationships with key stakeholders, commissioners, and existing and potential funders.
