All local NHS are required by NHS England to produce a Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) outlining how they working to ensure that they are able to provide safe, sustainable local services. A report has been submitted to NHS England in June 2016 outlining how the work is progressing to develop an STP for Norfolk and Waveney and the summary of this, presented to the Health and Wellbeing Board, is available by clicking here.
