Grants are available to local people and community groups if they have an idea that fits the ethos of the four keys themes of the Water, Mills and Marshes Project; exploring the landscape, historic landscape, natural landscape and community groups.  There are two ways to apply:

  • Fast Track – up to £1,000.  Applications are welcome at any time and are assessed by the Water, Mills and Marshes team within a month of receipt.
  • Grants between £1,000 and £5,000 - Applications can be received at any time, but will be assessed by the Water, Mills and Marshes Board at their next meeting.
