We are proud to announce that we are supporting the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk with the Go Green Communities project, funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.  The aim of the project is to help reduce the carbon emissions and environmental impact for as many of West Norfolk’s community buildings as possible by improving energy efficiencies and reducing subsequent energy needs for these community assets.

There are three elements to this project:

  • Support sessions – we are offering free sessions for West Norfolk community buildings covering Energy Efficiency Measures for Community Buildings, and Funding for Community Building Energy Efficiency Projects.  If you are interested in applying for funding or would like more information about what sort of project might suit your building, these sessions are recommended.
  • Go Green Grant funding of up to £8,000 per community building to cover up to 75% of energy efficiency improvement projects.  Find out more here
  • Understanding what your needs are - We would like to find out more about the plans and needs for your community buildings.  Insight from this survey will be valuable in shaping any future funding streams that become available, so please take a few minutes to complete the survey.
