Norwich City Council are committed to ensuring safe, high-quality housing for everyone. They are updating their policy for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) to improve housing standards, strengthen enforcement and promote responsible rental property management.

This short survey asks for your thoughts on the proposed changes to the Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Policy.
