Bite sized Wellbeing Workshop for VCSE organisations – presentation by NSFT Wellbeing service.  Thursday 22nd August 2019 – 10 – 12 noon at West Norfolk Deaf Association in King’s Lynn.  This workshop is for VCSE in West Norfolk to help them with managing their own wellbeing in the workplace.  The Wellbeing workshop is an informal two hour workshop that looks at the signs and symptoms of stress not only at work but taking a holistic approach to the work/life balance and how both areas impact on each other and can maintain stress, anxiety and low mood.

 

Attendees will be asked to complete a short questionnaire as part of the session which forms part of the feedback for the Wellbeing service.
