Healthwatch Norfolk public engagement survey

Healthwatch Norfolk have  launched a public survey which asks participants broadly about their experience of accessing information, care and support during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Big Switch and Save - helping consumers make genuine savings on their electrcity and gas bills

It's estimated that, during the Coronavirus pandemic, UK households are spending an extra 25 per-cent on their electrcity usage and an additional 17 per-cent on gas.   Now is a good time to seriously look at switching energy provider to get  a better deal.

GP practices providing extra support and monitoring for vulnerable patients

GP practices in Norfolk and Waveney are providing extra support for patients who are more likely to become unwell due to coronavirus (COVID-19), through a pioneering initiative which will monitor their health on a daily basis.

Whilst they are focusing all of their efforts on caring for patients with COVID-19, our hospitals are telling us that they are also seeing some frail and older people being admitted for conditions that should continue to be managed within primary and community care.
