This website uses cookies. You can read more about how we use your personal data in our Privacy Notice

A support service is being made available to Breckland residents to help with the roll-out of the national benefits system in the area.  The service will help people to develop their digital skills in order to submit Universal Credit applications and make use of online options when contacting the district council.  Universal Credit replaces some other benefits including Child Tax Credit, Housing Benefit and Working tax Credit.  This service will operate for a year as follows:

  • Attleborough Library – Monday from 2pm – 5pm and Thursday from 10am - 2pm.
  • Swaffham Library – Tuesday from 10am – 1pm and Friday from 1pm – 5pm
  • Watton Library – Monday from 10am – 1pm and Wednesday 1pm - 5pm.
