In May 2016 we held elections for the 5 elected places on the Norfolk VCSE Sector Leadership Group.

The Sector Leadership Group:

  • acts as a point of contact for our partners in the public, private and VCSE sector by attending partnership and board meetings within the County.
  • works to progress the key actions from the Sector Led Plan e.g. understanding and planning to meet the future needs of VCSE workforce.
  • identifies and develops VCSE streams of work and shared agendas which affect us all, or might benefit from a co-ordinated or collaborative approach.

During May  2016 we publicised the election and invited any person working for a VCSE in Norfolk to put themselves for nomination.

Any VCSE organisation that operates in Norfolk was eligible to vote.  Each organisation had one vote. CAN emailed organisations to participate in the election.
